Release: Hadashi de Bara wo Fume
Another week goes by, and another game steps in and steals all my attention…Oh Persona 4. How I am addicted to thee. I made a new release schedule for to follow, and I haven’t been following it at all. Oops. But here, I’ll follow it today! So here you go!
You know you’ve wanted it, you know you’ve needed it after that cliffhanger where Souichirou suddenly bursts out at Sumi: Hadashi de Bara wo Fume volume 2 chapter 10! Contrary to Nozomu’s beliefs, Sumi did quite well in her debut to high society! Therefore, Souichirou decides to give her a present, and it can be anything she desires! What does she choose? To see her family once again. Will this be a happy reunion, with promises of the future for everyone? Or will it turn into a disaster…?
You know, as much as we could use more translators, proofreaders, and editors, we could also use a scanner! A scanner being someone we send money (if they have the ability to go out and physically buy the books, or order them online) or send raw manga to who can debind the books and scan in them in high quality. Release: Nagatachou Strawberry & Strobe Edge
Hello everyone~ Hope your weekend has been great. It’s a beautiful day out here and I think I’m gonna be heading to the beach with my boyfriend in a bit. ;D So, without further ado, here’s the releases! Only two today since we had Adarshan earlier last week. :3
First, Nagatachou Strawberry volume 3 chapter 10. The scandal is now over and gone with, although the repercussions of it still linger…in fact, Natsuno has decided that he’ll follow through with his promise and start dating women for money. Not everyone is a huge fan of that, but Natsuno decides to open up to Hime, who is suddenly stricken with fear of being her father’s daughter. Is he just using her? Or are his feelings true?
And second, the oneshot that made me cry while translating: Strobe Edge volume 2 ~Another Light~. What is the history behind Ren and Mayuka? I guess you can call it a rather simple one, but it’s a very deep bond that the two have. This story almost thinks the two are meant for each other. Screw RenxNinako, let’s have AndouxNinako! :P Ren and Mayuka were made for each other! Or at least, that is what I, your dear Cheebs, believe after translating this. 8D
We’re still looking for new recruits people! So please apply if you’re bored this summer~ We need translators, proofreaders (we have over 30 translations waiting to be checked), typesetters, cleaners (especially magazine cleaners for Koi, Hirari and Fly High!), and full out editors. Our anniversary is coming up, so we especially need some help for the future goodies we are planning on handing out in the next month! ;D
Release: Adarshan no Hanayome
Hello all! Here’s an early release for you all this week. I’d also like to make an announcement that we are really looking for new translators and proofreaders. In particular, we’ve lost our translator for Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu, so if anyone is interested, please step forward~ A new Japanese translator would be preferred, but a Chinese translator for it will be fine. ^^ Of course, it’s not only Bokukimi in need on a new translator, but Ojousama wa Oyomesama, Momoiro Heaven, and several other projects. We also need editors sooooo come join us I know the summer’s begun for most of you and you have free time now!! <3
